🎧 How Our Process Works
Thank you for choosing BadGato Studio! To ensure the highest quality for your sound, we have streamlined our workflow into 3 simple steps. You will be able to manage everything through your personal Project Portal located in your account area after checkout.
1️⃣ Send Your Material (Stems/Tracks)
Once your order is complete, your Project Portal will be activated. There, you will find a direct link to our secure MEGA upload folder.

Organization: Please compress your tracks into a single .ZIP or .RAR file.

Format: Send your audio in WAV or AIFF (minimum 44.1kHz / 24-bit). Recomended: 24 bits – 88.2kHz.

The Golden Rule: Ensure your tracks are not clipping (keep a headroom of -6dB). Please remove all processing (EQ, compression, limiter,…) from the Master/Mixbus.
2️⃣ Receive Your Versions (V1, V2, V3…)
When the first mix is ready, you will receive a notification. You can listen to and download your Master V1 directly from your order panel on our website. We do not send files via email to prevent quality loss and confusion; everything is centralized in your portal.
3️⃣ Revision System (Up to 5)
We know perfection takes time. That is why each song includes up to 5 free revisions.

How to request changes: Below each track in your panel, you will see a chat area. Write your notes clearly and click “Request Revision.”

Control: The system tracks your revisions automatically. Once the 5 revisions are exhausted, the track is considered finalized.

Pro Tip: Try to group all your feedback into a single revision request to make the most out of each step.
📋 Technical Checklist Before Uploading:

[ ] Have you disabled all limiters or heavy processing on the Master Bus?

[ ] Does the compressed file include your Order Number (#0000) in the name?

[ ] Have you included a reference track (optional) to show us the vibe you want?
💡 Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my portal? Simply go to My Account > Orders and click “View” on your current purchase. The BadGato Studio panel will appear there with all your tracks.
